How do I book a tour?
You can book online via our website, by sending us a WhatsApp message at +971 56 587 8359, or by using the contact form. We confirm all bookings in writing with a booking reference number.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (AED), bank transfer, and online card payments. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Can I pay on the day?
Certain tours allow day-of payment. Please confirm with us when booking. For most tours, advance payment is required to secure your spot.

Tours and Activities

Is hotel pickup included?
Yes, all our tours include free private pickup and drop-off from any hotel, apartment or address in Dubai and Sharjah.

Are the tours private?
Yes, all our tours are 100% private. You will not be grouped with other guests.

What languages do your guides speak?
Our guides are fluent in English and Arabic. Other languages may be available on request.

Are children allowed on tours?
Children are welcome on most tours. For desert safaris, dune bashing is not recommended for children under 5. Please inform us of the ages of children in your group when booking.

What should I bring on a desert safari?
Comfortable, loose clothing, closed shoes, sunglasses and sunscreen. In winter months, bring a light jacket for the evening.

Cancellations and Changes

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Can I reschedule my tour?
Yes, you can reschedule to any available date at no extra charge if you contact us more than 24 hours before your original tour.

Logistics

What time will you pick me up?
Pickup times vary by tour. For evening desert safaris, typical pickup is between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM depending on your location. Exact pickup times are confirmed with your booking.

How long does the tour last?
Tour durations are listed on each tour page. Desert safaris run 6 to 7 hours, full day city and emirate tours run 10 to 11 hours, and the Marina cruise runs approximately 2 hours.

What type of vehicle will we travel in?
All desert tours use modern, air-conditioned Toyota Land Cruisers or similar 4×4 vehicles. City and day tours use comfortable, air-conditioned SUVs or minivans depending on group size.
