Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible while allowing us to manage our tours effectively.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before tour: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before tour: Non-refundable. The full booking amount is retained.
- No-show on the day: Non-refundable. The full booking amount is retained.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us via WhatsApp at +971 56 587 8359 or email royaltourism96@gmail.com with your booking reference number. Cancellations are only valid once confirmed in writing by our team.
Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned via the original payment method. Bank transfer fees, if any, are borne by the customer.
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your tour to a different date at no extra charge, subject to availability, if you contact us more than 24 hours before your original tour date.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of severe weather, natural disaster, or other force majeure events that prevent us from running a tour safely, Royal Tourism will offer a full reschedule or refund regardless of the usual cancellation timeline.
Tour Modifications by Royal Tourism
If Royal Tourism is required to cancel a confirmed booking for any reason within our control, we will offer either a full refund or an alternative tour of equivalent value.
