The UAE's most underrated emirate — Jebel Jais (highest peak in the UAE), Dhayah Fort, Jazirat Al Hamra, and Flamingo Beach. All in a private 4x4.
Ras Al Khaimah is the northernmost emirate of the UAE and one of the least visited by tourists — which is precisely what makes it worth the journey. It has the country's highest mountain, some of its most historically significant sites, and coastline that has not yet been developed beyond recognition.
The tour typically covers Jebel Jais — the highest peak in the UAE at 1,934 metres, with dramatic mountain road switchbacks and sweeping views — Jazirat Al Hamra (a preserved pearl-fishing village), Al Hamra Mall, Dhayah Fort (the only hilltop fort in the UAE), Flamingo Beach (where wild flamingos can often be spotted), Al Qasimi Palace, and Ras Al Khaimah City.
You travel in a private 4×4 from your hotel or home in Dubai or Sharjah. The itinerary is fully customisable. Duration is approximately 10 to 11 hours.

FAQ
At 1,934 metres, Jebel Jais is significantly cooler than Dubai — typically 5 to 10°C cooler. In winter (November to March) the summit can be very cold and occasionally foggy. Bring a jacket even in warm weather.
Flamingos are regularly sighted at the coastal area near RAK, particularly in winter months. While sightings are very common, they cannot be guaranteed as wild birds. The scenery is worth the stop regardless.
The road to the summit is a well-maintained scenic mountain highway with switchbacks and viewing platforms. Our 4×4 vehicles handle it comfortably. The drive up is itself a highlight.
Ras Al Khaimah is approximately 100 km from Dubai, about 1 to 1.5 hours by road depending on traffic.
Yes. There are good restaurants in RAK City and at Al Hamra. Lunch is not included but your driver can recommend local options.
The tour is primarily a scenic driving tour. Jebel Jais has hiking trails available, and we can include time for a short walk if you wish. Please mention this at booking.
