Welcome to Royal Tourism Dubai. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed when you receive a booking reference number from us.

2. Payment Terms

Payment in full is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash (AED), bank transfer and online payment methods as specified at the time of booking. All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for full details. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Tour Conduct

Royal Tourism reserves the right to exclude any guest from a tour without refund if that guest behaves in a manner that is disruptive, dangerous or unlawful. All guests must comply with instructions given by their guide and driver at all times.

5. Health and Safety

Some activities, particularly desert dune bashing, are physically demanding. Guests participate at their own risk. Royal Tourism strongly recommends that guests with heart conditions, back problems, pregnancy, or similar conditions avoid dune bashing. Please consult your doctor before participating.

6. Photography and Media

Royal Tourism may photograph or film tours for promotional purposes. By booking a tour, you consent to the use of such images and footage for marketing purposes. If you do not consent, please inform us in writing before your tour.

7. Liability Limitation

Royal Tourism’s liability for any claim arising from a tour is limited to the price paid for that tour. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

Royal Tourism reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
